Ladies Elevation Alliance (L.E.A) is an umbrella organization focused on improving awareness and rights for women and girls from vulnerable communities.

We are an Alliance of 10 global and regional organisations of women and girls from vulnerable communities. We advocate at the United Nations for a more solicitous environment for everyone.
This Alliance is legally incorporated and given legal status as an entity. What this means is that it has greater strength in its ability to negotiate better terms for vulnerable women and girls.

Ladies Elevation Alliance works with Non Governmental Organizations (NGO's), supranational organizations such as the United Nations (UN), as well as state governments in order to create legislation, fund disability programs in developing and industrialized countries, and advocate for the marginalized ladies in the world. The Xxx works very closely with the United Nations, and in particular they use the United Nations Convention on the Rights of marginalized ladies (UNCRPD) as their code of conduct.
